Thanks to those of you who attended the Volunteer Info Session this past Friday. The video from the info session will be available shortly on the Simmons SLIS YouTube channel. You can subscribe to the channel in order to be notified with the video is uploaded.
If you would like to officially sign up to be a volunteer, please fill out this form. Volunteers are need for such tasks as reviewing submissions, setting up food, live tweeting, and stuffing swag bags. We are ready to begin making DERAIL 2018 a reality. That means we need YOU! Registration for attendees has begun as of November 1, 2017 and will continue through February 24, 2018. For more information, click here. To register, click here.
Of course, that’s not the only good news. Proposal submissions are open as well. If you’ve got a special research project under your hat that fits DERAIL’s themes that you’d like to share, please fill out this form. You can find more information about presenting for DERAIL through this link. The submissions form will be open through January 1, 2018.
